What does it take to become a luxury agent? Today I’m sharing how I got into luxury real estate and what I can offer as your luxury agent.
With Keller Williams, you get a luxury designation by selling a certain number of homes over $750,000 within a certain amount of time. I’m proud and honored to say that I earned this designation during my second year in business. Throughout my years in this industry, I have found that luxury is not necessarily about price—it’s more about the experience that I offer.

What I like to do when I meet with my seller clients is give them a branded custom-made candle made by a company called Fin and Feather. I hand the candle over to them and tell them my intention is to sell their house before the candle burns out. It’s a beautiful candle with a lovely fragrance. Often during the open house, my clients are burning these candles, which makes me very happy. I also have my photographer do a virtual tour of your home; we take stills and do drone photography. After that, I like to bring and leave a box that has Newport sea salt in it. The words I like to print on them are: “May your life always be filled with flavor.”
