Consider looking for homes under your budget and go in strong with your pre-approval letter in hand.
3. Don’t fall in love with just one home! In an uber competitive market like this, it’s best to keep an open mind, and even consider expanding your radius. If at first you don’t snag your dream home, don’t let it get you down. You will find the perfect place to call home, trust us!
